King Galleries, which focuses on Native American pottery, paintings, baskets, bronze and jewelry, brings together 18 artists for a show coinciding with Indian Market. “This show brings young artists together with many of the most famous Native potters working now. It is an opportunity not just to see the best being made today but to glimpse the future of Native art in the years to come,” said owner Charles S. King. Among other artists, the show features potters Juan de la Cruz (Santa Clara Pueblo), Tammy Garcia (Santa Clara Pueblo), Steve Lucas (Hopi-Tewa), Les Namingha (Hopi-Tewa/Zuni Pueblo), Al Qoyawayma (Hopi), Stephanie Tafoya (Santa Clara Pueblo), Jared Tso (Diné) and Nathan Youngblood (Santa Clara Pueblo), all of whom are exclusively represented by King Galleries.
