SANTA FE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AND CHORUS

Seasonal tidings ring out during the Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus’ performance of Handel’s Messiah on Nov. 19 and 20, at 7 p.m. and 4 p.m., respectively. With Guillermo Figueroa as principal conductor, the symphony and youth symphony perform Sounds of the Season on Dec. 11 at 4 p.m. Christmas Eve, at 5 p.m., marks the return of A Night at the Opera, featuring the Santa Fe Opera’s 2022 Apprentice Singers performing operatic favorites. In the New Year, on Jan. 15 at 4 p.m., American Legacies features the world premiere of Jonathan Boen’s arrangement of Jan Bach’s Concerto for Horn and Orchestra.
