Brandon Ortiz

Booth 94 Brandon Ortiz, a member of Taos Pueblo in New Mexico, has cultivated rich ceramic practices as a micaceous potter. Ortiz responsibly harvests micaceous clay near Taos and fires it with locally gathered wood. A graduate of the University of New Mexico’s architecture program, he recognizes the importance of creating built spaces that root us in our relations and birthplaces.
