Manuel David Reyes Ramirez & Maricela Gomez Lopez

Booth 159 Inspired by pre-Hispanic symbols and contemporary clay practices, Manuel David Reyes Ramirez and Maricela Gomez Lopez have created their own style of pottery. They harvest clay and slips from around Oaxaca. Their sculptures often feature human faces, animals and Mixtec iconography in a consideration of love, friendship, music and history.
