Booth 106 Words can’t do justice to the intricate work of master woodcarver Ivan Dimitrov. Due to political unrest in Bulgaria, he was unable to attend his homeland’s National Academy of Arts. Instead he learned woodcarving by studying books, apprenticing with local master artisans and visiting museums.
