Today, Purépecha artisans carry on their ancestors’ metalworking legacy. Edith Albarran Duque and Cesar Augusto Montes Rosales are dedicated to continuing this legacy in the form of fine silver jewelry. He casts and prepares silver for their work, and she creates filigree.
