CHOMP ON THIS!

Many cities around the country have adopted a casual dining concept that incorporates several eateries, chefs and cuisines under one roof in a stylish food hall — and now Santa Fe has one too. At Chomp, the menus of the various stands run the gamut from Cambodian (Chef Nath’s Inspired Khmer Cuisine) to sushi (Ocean Real Sushi); from pizza (Bottega del Vino) and fresh-pressed juices (Serum Juice Bar) to Caribbean specialties (Jambo). Bracing cocktails — try the Ancho Chile Bloody Mary — and eclectic wines from a Cruvinet wine dispensing and preserving system are also on offer. The Italian-made pizza oven also turns out hot appetizers and brunch dishes — think egg casseroles and Dutch babies. A retail area offers ready-toeat charcuterie plates and artisanal cheeses along with vendors of Italian food items, honey, CBD products and crafts by local artists. There’s lots of outdoor seating in the Luna District courtyard abutting Radish & Rye, Ohori’s Coffee and New Mexico Hard Cider, allowing adventurous foodies to make a day (or evening) of it.
