In the topsy-turvy, stop and start, open and close and COVID-19 world of 2020 and 2021, it’s amazing that more restaurateurs haven’t thrown their hands in the air and tossed in the towel. Now, as we head into what we hope will be a thriving summer season for restaurants and tourism, our culinarians are ready to roll. With a careful eye on keeping us all safe, the restaurants of Santa Fe are excited to welcome us back into their delicious fold, and we couldn’t be more ready to visit them.
So whether you are looking to tickle your palate with New Mexico chiles, try out a newly opened eatery, visit a revitalized historic establishment, dive into a fantastic loaf of bread or sample more exotic goodies, here are some suggestions for places to start. In these still unsettled times, it’s a good idea to call ahead to check for changes in hours or days of operation.
